Orders

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is in process.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the Netherlands, the European Union and worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 3 working days, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Which carriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers such as PostNL (Netherlands) and DHL (EU & worldwide). Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I request a return?

Please email bonjour@hoteldimanche.nl

 within 48 hours of delivery to report your return. We will provide further instructions.

Are vintage or one-of-a-kind items returnable?

Yes, vintage and one-of-a-kind items may also be returned, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the returned items only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept iDEAL and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Hotel Dimanche does not store payment details. All transactions are handled securely by Mollie and PayPal.

Products

Are all items new?

Some. But our collection includes curated objects, and something are vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind items. Any signs of age or wear are considered part of the item’s character and are described as accurately as possible.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are typically not restocked. For curated collections, availability may vary. But all items are limited by editions.
