All orders from Hotel Dimanche are carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers.

We ship orders within 3 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping destinations

– The Netherlands (PostNL)

– European Union (DHL)

– Worldwide (DHL International)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are not included in the product price.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and external circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Hotel Dimanche cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

We kindly ask customers to notify us of their return as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours to bonjour@hoteldimanche.nl

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and, where reasonably possible, in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Vintage and one-of-a-kind items may also be returned, provided they meet the conditions stated above.

We kindly ask customers to report any defects or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
