1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Hotel Dimanche website and related online platforms.
Hotel Dimanche operates as a sole proprietorship under De ReclameSjef, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 37116459, registered in the Netherlands.
By placing an order with Hotel Dimanche, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.
Hotel Dimanche reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Products & Availability
Hotel Dimanche offers curated objects, vintage one-of-a-kind items and elegant accessories.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of curated and vintage items, slight variations, signs of wear or imperfections may occur. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s authenticity and charm.
Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Hotel Dimanche reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Hotel Dimanche ships orders with track & trace within 3 working days, unless stated otherwise.
We ship within the Netherlands, the European Union and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and external circumstances.
Hotel Dimanche cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
We kindly ask customers to notify us of their return as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours. bonjour@hoteldimanche.nl

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and, where reasonably possible, in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Vintage and one-of-a-kind items may also be returned, provided they meet the conditions stated above.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask customers to report any defects or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law..
8. Liability
Hotel Dimanche is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses or damages resulting from misuse of products.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, unless mandatory Dutch law provides otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hotel Dimanche website, including but not limited to images, text, branding and design, is the intellectual property of Hotel Dimanche or its licensors.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
